Hanover County implemented a nutrient reduction project on the Laurel Meadow Elementary School property for TMDL compliance and MS4 permitting. Watershed Consulting provided design, hydrologic-hydraulic modeling, and permitting services for this SLAF funded project. The project included construction of a three celled wet pond, a modified spillway structure, wetland benches, and a solar powered aeration system. Bidding and construction support services were also provided.
