Wancopin Creek Floodplain Study

Watershed Consulting provided floodplain mapping services to RES on several Wancopin Creek stream restoration projects. The project included prepared of a Floodplain Study and Floodplain Alteration Study to evaluate both existing and proposed conditions on floodplain water surface elevations. We worked closely with RES to ensure designs resulted in a FEMA-compliant no rise condition throughout the FEMA floodplain.
