Watershed Consulting and Trust for Tomorrow developed a GIS tool to identify and prioritize potential NRCS Wetland Restoration Projects on a regional scale. Prioritization parameters included hydric soils, land use, presence of endangered species, water quality, and parcel size. Sites that were ranked highest were used to engage land owners regarding potential restoration projects.
